Privacy

What we collect

To fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, the items you order and any personalization text. Payment card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers; we keep only the payment reference, last four digits and card brand that Stripe returns.

How we use it

Order processing, production (your order lines — including names and numbers to be printed — are shared with the decoration partner that makes the goods), delivery, order status emails, and support. Seacoast Fencing Club can see the orders placed in its store (names and items) in order to hand them out and answer member questions; it does not see your card details.

We share each buyer's name and order contents with the club only so it can hand out orders.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. We send only transactional emails (order confirmation, in production, shipped / ready, support replies).

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and warranty purposes (at least seven years for financial records). Support conversations are kept for two years. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time; order records required by law are retained.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep your cart and sign-in, and Stripe sets cookies needed for fraud prevention. If this store has analytics enabled, it uses a privacy-respecting, cookie-free counter; we do not run advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask for deletion through the support page. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado and other states with privacy laws have the rights those laws provide; we honour them for everyone.
