Who you are buying from

Seacoast Fencing Club is a storefront. The seller of record for every purchase is Keyed Systems LLC, which processes payment, produces the goods through its decoration partner and is responsible for delivery and support. Seacoast Fencing Club (the organisation whose name and artwork appear on the goods) licenses its marks for this store and hands out the orders it receives; it is not the seller or the merchant.

Made-to-order goods

Items are decorated to order. During an order window, nothing is produced until the window closes; all orders from a window are produced together in one batch. Production and delivery timing shown on the store are estimates, not guarantees.

Current order windows: Fall 2026 order window (opens when orders open – November 23, 2026).

Sizing

Check the size chart on the product page before you order. Returns and exchanges for size, fit or change of mind are not available (see the Returns policy).

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken in full at checkout by card through Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Your card statement shows Keyed Systems LLC. Sales tax is collected only where we are required to; see Taxes below.

Delivery

Your order is delivered when it reaches Seacoast Fencing Club, Manchester, NH. The club hands orders out. Every order ships together to the club; there is no ship-to-me and no pickup choice at checkout. Delivery is free. Orders ship after their window closes and production completes; we email you at each step.

Keyed Systems LLC is the seller and is responsible for the order until it reaches the club. Report a missing or wrong item with your order code within 14 days of the club receiving the shipment.

Cancellations and refunds

Before an order window closes you may cancel for a full refund: contact support with your order code. After the window closes orders cannot be cancelled or refunded because the goods are made for you. The only other remedy is for defects and our errors: see the Returns policy.

Taxes

Keyed Systems LLC collects sales tax where it is registered to do so. Today that means no sales tax is charged on orders from this store; if your state requires you to self-report use tax on untaxed purchases, that remains your responsibility. If this changes, tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Artwork and marks

Logos, names and designs on the goods belong to their owners and are used under licence. You may not resell decorated goods bearing those marks commercially.
